Fast Production
With our in-house production we are fast and always on time. Once the delivery time is scheduled, we make sure we deliver on time.Printing
- Price shown in the website is already included logo printing.
- Simply send us your company logo and the award name list, our designer will create a mock up artwork for your confirmation.
- Kindly send us your logo in AI file format. Additional fees apply to convert JPEG logo to AI format.
- Once artwork is confirmed and deposit is made, we will not accept any changes request.
Production
- Free delivery by courier service within Peninsula Malaysia with order RM1,000 and above.
- Standard production lead time is within 14 days, urgent order please contact our customer service.
- All our parcels included anti breakage warranty, replacement will be sent for broken item.
- Need to take video before opening the parcel to entitle for the breakage warranty claim.
Payment
- 50% deposit need to be made before we start production.
- Balance 50% need to be made before delivery.
